Infineon Technologies IR2102 is a half-bridge gate driver IC designed for driving power MOSFETs and IGBTs. This 8-pin DIP (0.300", 7.62mm) component features independent channels with peak output currents of 210mA source and 360mA sink. It supports a high-side voltage up to 600V and operates with a supply voltage range of 10V to 20V. The inverting input logic levels are 0.8V (VIL) and 3V (VIH).
