Infineon Technologies IR2011 is a high-performance, dual-channel, high-side/low-side gate driver. This device features independent gate drive channels, each capable of sourcing and sinking 1A peak output current. Designed for driving N-channel MOSFETs, the IR2011 supports a high-side voltage range up to 200V when utilized with a bootstrap capacitor.
