Infineon Technologies AUIRS2336STR is a high-voltage, three-phase, half-bridge gate driver IC. This AEC-Q100 qualified component is designed for automotive applications and features six independent drivers in a 28-SOIC package. It supports IGBT and N-channel/P-channel MOSFETs with a maximum bootstrap voltage of 600V. The device offers peak output currents of 200mA source and 350mA sink, with typical rise and fall times of 125ns and 50ns respectively. Operating from a 10V to 20V supply, the AUIRS2336STR is suitable for use in automotive power modules and electric vehicle powertrains. The input logic levels are 0.8V for VIL and 2.5V for VIH.
