Infineon Technologies AUIRS2302S is a high-voltage, high-speed, half-bridge gate driver IC featuring two non-inverting channels. This AEC-Q100 qualified component is designed for driving IGBTs and N-channel MOSFETs in half-bridge configurations. It offers a peak output current of 200mA sourcing and 350mA sinking, with typical rise and fall times of 100ns and 25ns respectively. The device supports a high-side voltage of up to 600V and operates from a supply voltage of 5V to 20V. Logic voltage thresholds are set at 0.8V for VIL and 2.5V for VIH.
