Infineon Technologies AUIRS2117S is a high-side gate driver IC, a single-channel, non-inverting driver designed for surface mount applications. This device supports IGBT and N-Channel MOSFET gate driving with a maximum bootstrap voltage of 600V. It features peak output currents of 290mA source and 600mA sink, with typical rise and fall times of 75ns and 25ns respectively.
