Infineon Technologies 2ED2734S01GXTMA1 is a high-performance, dual-channel gate driver IC designed for driving N-channel MOSFETs. This non-inverting driver features independent high-side and low-side outputs, capable of sourcing 2A and sinking 4A peak current. The high-side driver supports a bootstrap voltage up to 160V, enabling operation with a wide supply voltage range of 7V to 18V. Typical rise and fall times are 25ns and 15ns respectively. Logic compatibility is ensured with VIL of 0.8V and VIH of 2V.
