The Infineon Technologies µIPM™ IRSM836-084MATR is a half-bridge driver designed for AC motor control applications. This UMOS technology device features a 7A continuous output current per channel and a 27A peak output current, housed in a 36-PQFN (12x12) package. The IRSM836-084MATR supports inductive loads and operates within a voltage range of 10V to 20V for the supply and up to 200V for the load.
