Infineon Technologies µIPM™ IRSM808-204MHTR is a Half Bridge Driver designed for AC motor control applications. This UMOS technology component delivers up to 20A output current per channel and features a bootstrap circuit for efficient high-side driver operation. The 31-PQFN (8x9) package facilitates surface mounting, and the device operates with a load voltage up to 200V and a supply voltage range of 13.5V to 16.5V.
