Infineon Technologies µIPM™-DIP series IRSM515-084DA is a Half Bridge Driver designed for AC motor applications. This 23-DIP module offers a high-side and low-side driver configuration with a maximum load voltage of 200V. Each channel provides an output current of 4.6A, with a peak output current capability of 15A. The device features a UMOS technology and a typical Rds On of 340mOhm. Integrated bootstrap circuitry facilitates high-side driver operation. Fault protection is included via Under Voltage Lockout (UVLO). The through-hole mounting type and bulk packaging are suitable for various assembly processes. Operating temperature ranges from -40°C to 150°C (TJ).
