Infineon Technologies µIPM™-DIP series IRSM515-065DA2 is a half-bridge power module designed for AC motor control applications. This device integrates a high-side and low-side MOSFET driver with a 2.6A continuous output current and a 15A peak. Featuring UMOS technology, it offers a typical Rds(on) of 1 Ohm. The half-bridge configuration is suitable for driving inductive loads up to 400V. Fault protection is provided through undervoltage lockout (UVLO). The module includes a bootstrap circuit for high-side driver operation. It interfaces with logic-level signals and is housed in a 23-DIP package for through-hole mounting. Operating temperature range is -40°C to 150°C (TJ). This component is utilized in industrial automation and appliance control systems.
