Infineon Technologies' µIPM™-DIP series IRSM515-035PATRAUMA1 is a 400V half-bridge driver designed for AC motor control applications. This MOSFET-based power module features a 2.1A output current capability per channel and a low on-resistance of 1.8 Ohm (typ.) for both low-side and high-side switches. The device incorporates a bootstrap circuit for driving the high-side MOSFET and includes under-voltage lockout (UVLO) for fault protection. Its 23-SOP package facilitates surface mounting and is supplied on tape and reel. The IRSM515-035PATRAUMA1 is suitable for industrial automation and appliance control systems requiring efficient motor commutation.
