Infineon Technologies µIPM™-DIP series IRSM515-035PATR is a Half Bridge driver designed for AC motor control applications. This UMOS technology device offers an output configuration of three half-bridges, with each channel capable of delivering 2.1A continuous output current and a peak output of 15A. The IRSM515-035PATR features a bootstrap circuit for efficient high-side driving and includes under-voltage lock-out (UVLO) for fault protection. It is designed for inductive load types and integrates a logic interface. The component operates with a load voltage up to 400V (Max) and a supply voltage range of 13.5V to 16.5V. The typical on-resistance (Rds On) is 1.8 Ohm. This component is supplied in a 23-SOP package, presented on tape and reel (TR).
