Infineon Technologies µIPM™-DIP IRSM505-084PA is a Half Bridge driver designed for AC motor control applications. This UMOS technology device features a 3-phase half-bridge output configuration with a continuous output current of 4.6A per channel and a peak output current of 15A. The driver incorporates a bootstrap circuit for high-side gate drive and includes under-voltage lockout (UVLO) for fault protection.
