Infineon Technologies µIPM™-DIP series IRSM505-084DA is a Half Bridge driver designed for AC motor control applications. This 23-DIP module integrates a half-bridge output configuration with UMOS technology, capable of delivering 4.6A continuous output current and 15A peak output current. The device features a bootstrap circuit for high-side driver operation and includes under-voltage lockout (UVLO) fault protection. It is suitable for inductive load types and operates over a wide temperature range of -40°C to 150°C. The IRSM505-084DA is supplied in tube packaging.
