Infineon Technologies IRSM005-800MH µIPM™ Half Bridge Driver, 80A output current per channel, is designed for high-efficiency power conversion in AC motor control, DC motor control, DC-DC converters, and general-purpose power applications. This surface mount component features a 27-PQFN (7x8) package, facilitating compact board designs. The Half Bridge driver integrates a bootstrap circuit for simplified gate drive design and includes Under Voltage Lockout (UVLO) fault protection. It supports inductive and capacitive loads with a maximum load voltage of 40V. The device operates from a supply voltage range of 10V to 20V, offering a typical ON-resistance of 2.7 mOhm.
