Infineon Technologies µIPM™ IRSM005-301MH is a half-bridge driver designed for high-performance power applications. This component features a 27-PQFN (7x8) package, enabling efficient thermal management and compact designs. It is optimized for driving AC and DC motors, as well as DC-DC converters and general-purpose power applications. The half-bridge output configuration, coupled with a 30A output current capability, makes it suitable for demanding power stages.
