Infineon Technologies PowIRstage® IR3551MTRPBF is a high-performance half-bridge driver designed for synchronous buck converters and voltage regulators. This advanced power stage solution integrates a high-side and low-side MOSFET with a driver in a compact PQFN (5x6) package. The IR3551MTRPBF features a 50A continuous output current capability and a 75A peak output current, making it suitable for demanding power delivery applications. Integrated fault protection includes over-temperature and undervoltage lockout (UVLO). Key operational features include a bootstrap circuit for efficient high-side driving, diode emulation for improved light-load efficiency, and a status flag for monitoring.
