Infineon Technologies' IGI60F2020A1LAUMA1 is a CoolGaN™ series half-bridge driver. This PG-TIQFN-28-1 packaged component features NMOS and PMOS technology for efficient power conversion. It provides a 5A output current per channel with a peak output of 14.1A. Designed for inductive, capacitive, and resistive loads, this surface-mount device operates within a 3V to 3.5V supply voltage range and supports load voltages from 5.5V to 12V.
