Infineon Technologies NovalithIC™ series BTS7930B is a high-current half-bridge driver designed for demanding applications. This DMOS technology device features a load voltage range of 5.5V to 28V, with a continuous output current of 20A per channel and a peak output of 50A. The BTS7930B offers robust fault protection including current limiting, over-temperature, short-circuit, and undervoltage lockout (UVLO). Its integrated features such as a latch function, slew rate control, and status flag simplify system design. The device provides a logic interface and is suitable for driving inductive loads. Typical on-resistance values are 18mOhm for the low-side switch and 10mOhm for the high-side switch.
