Infineon Technologies TrilithIC™ BTS7810KNTMA1 is a half-bridge driver designed for DC motor control and general-purpose applications. This DMOS technology component features two half-bridge outputs and a TO-263-18 package. It supports load voltages from 1.8V to 42V and supply voltages within the same range. Peak output current reaches 42A, with typical on-resistances of 14mOhm for the low-side switch and 26mOhm for the high-side switch. Integrated fault protection includes open load detection, over-temperature protection, short-circuit protection, and undervoltage lockout (UVLO). A status flag provides operational feedback.
