Infineon Technologies NovalithIC™ series BTN8980TAAUMA1 is a half-bridge driver designed for demanding motor control applications. This DMOS technology component offers robust performance with an output current capability of 50A per channel and a peak output of 117A. Key features include integrated current limiting, over-temperature, short-circuit, and undervoltage lockout (UVLO) fault protection.
