Infineon Technologies HEXFET® IRF7307TRPBF is a dual N-channel and P-channel MOSFET array in an 8-SOIC package. This device features a 20V drain-source voltage rating and continuous drain currents of 5.2A for the N-channel and 4.3A for the P-channel. With a low Rds(On) of 50mOhm at 2.6A and 4.5V, it is suitable for high-efficiency switching applications. The logic-level gate drive enhances compatibility with low-voltage controllers.
