The Infineon Technologies iPOWIR™ IP2003ATR is a high-density, fully integrated buck switching regulator. This adjustable output device delivers up to 40A with a selectable switching frequency range from 300kHz to 1MHz. Designed for efficient step-down voltage conversion, it features a 0.8V minimum output capability and supports a 3.3V maximum output.
