Infineon Technologies CYPD3195-24LDXS, an EZ-PD™ CCG3PA series device, is a highly integrated USB Type-C Power Delivery (PD) controller. This ARM® Cortex®-M0 based solution features 64kB of FLASH program memory and 8KB of RAM, supporting I2C, SPI, UART, and USB interfaces. Designed for surface mount applications with wettable flank technology, it is housed in a 24-UFQFN exposed pad package (24-QFN 4x4). Operating within a supply voltage range of 3V to 24.5V and an ambient temperature range of -40°C to 105°C, the CYPD3195-24LDXS offers 12 programmable I/O pins.
