Infineon Technologies TLE5012BE1000XUMA1 is a magnetoresistive angle sensor designed for 360-degree measurement. This automotive-grade component, qualified to AEC-Q100 standards, utilizes the Wheatstone bridge output principle. It requires an external magnet, which is not supplied, for operation. The sensor is packaged in an 8-SOIC (PG-DSO-8) with gull wing termination, suitable for surface mounting. With a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to 150°C and a supply voltage range of 3V to 5.5V, it is well-suited for demanding applications.
