Harris Corporation DG309CJ is a quad single-pole, normally closed (SPST-NC) analog switch. This device offers a low on-resistance of 85 Ohms maximum and excellent channel-to-channel matching of 1.7 Ohms. It features a charge injection of 1pC and a leakage current of 500pA maximum. The DG309CJ supports single supply operation from 4V to 44V or dual supply operation from ±4V to ±22V. With a bandwidth of up to 100kHz, it is suitable for applications in industrial control, test and measurement, and audio signal routing. The component is supplied in a 16-DIP (0.300", 7.62mm) package, designed for through-hole mounting. Operating temperature range is -40°C to 85°C.
