Fairchild Semiconductor FDU2572 is a PowerTrench® series N-Channel MOSFET designed for demanding applications. This through-hole component features a Drain-to-Source Voltage (Vdss) of 150V and offers a continuous drain current of 4A at 25°C (ambient) and 29A at 25°C (case temperature).
