Fairchild Semiconductor IntelliMAX™ FPF1003 is a P-Channel IntelliMAX™ power switch with a 1:1 ratio, designed for general-purpose applications. This single-output device offers a low ON-resistance of 20mOhm typical and can deliver up to 2A of output current. The FPF1003 features slew rate control for improved signal integrity and an ON/OFF interface for straightforward control.
