ESPROS Photonics AG EPC200-CSP5 is a silicon photodiode optimized for the 850nm near-infrared spectrum, exhibiting a responsivity of 0.61 A/W at this wavelength, with a secondary peak of 0.43 A/W at 940nm. This device features a fast response time of 300ns and a broad spectral range from 400nm to 1030nm. The photodiode is housed in a compact 5-XFBGA, CSPBGA package, suitable for surface mount applications and delivered on tape and reel. With a dark current of 5nA and a maximum reverse voltage of 20V, it operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
