EPC EPC2112ENGRT is a Gallium Nitride (GaN) FET low-side driver designed for high-performance power conversion applications. This component features a 10A continuous output current capability with a 40A peak output current, suitable for inductive load types. The 10-VFBGA package, measuring 2.9x1.1, facilitates compact surface mount designs operating within a temperature range of -40°C to 150°C. With a low on-resistance of 32mOhm (typ), it minimizes conduction losses. The driver interface is controlled via an ON/OFF signal.
