Diodes Incorporated AH3768Q-P-B is an AEC-Q100 qualified Hall Effect latching digital switch. This automotive-grade component features an open-drain output capable of sourcing up to 60mA and operates from a 3V to 28V supply with a maximum quiescent current of 4mA. Its temperature compensation ensures reliable performance across an operating temperature range of -40°C to 150°C. The AH3768Q-P-B is designed for through-hole mounting in a 3-SIP package and is sensitive to the south pole of a magnetic field, with trip and release points of 20mT and -20mT, respectively. This device is commonly utilized in automotive applications such as seat position detection, seatbelt buckle sensing, and lid/door closure detection.
