The Diodes Incorporated AH3765Q-W-7 is a 3V to 28V Hall Effect latching digital switch. This AEC-Q100 qualified component features an open-drain output capable of sourcing up to 60mA and a supply current draw of 4mA. Designed for surface mounting within a SC-59-3 (TO-236-3) package, it operates reliably across a wide temperature range of -40°C to 150°C. Key specifications include a typical sensing range of 9mT for both trip and release points, and it is sensitive to the south pole of a magnetic field.
