Diodes Incorporated AH3369Q-P-B is a unipolar Hall effect sensor designed for automotive applications. This digital switch features an open-drain output and is qualified to AEC-Q100 standards. Operating with a supply voltage range of 3V to 28V, it draws a maximum quiescent current of 4mA. The output can sink up to 60mA. The device exhibits a typical trip magnetic flux density of 17.5mT and a release flux density of 1mT, responding to a south pole magnetic field.
