Diodes Incorporated AH1802-SNG-7 is an omnipolar Hall effect sensor in a U-DFN2020-6 package. This digital switch features an open-drain output and is sensitive to both north and south magnetic poles. Operating from a 2.5V to 5.5V supply, it exhibits a low supply current of 16µA. The device offers precise magnetic switching with a typical trip point of ±4mT and a release point of ±1mT.
