Diodes Incorporated AH180-PL-A-S is an omnipolar Hall effect digital switch featuring an open-drain output. This device utilizes advanced Hall effect technology for precise magnetic field detection, capable of sensing both north and south magnetic poles. With a supply voltage range of 2.5V to 5.5V and a low quiescent current of 16µA, the AH180-PL-A-S is optimized for power-sensitive applications. Its sensing range provides a trip point of ±6mT and a release point of ±2mT.
