Diodes Incorporated AH180-PG-A-S is an omnipolar Hall effect switch designed for high-sensitivity magnetic field detection. This digital switch features an open-drain output and operates within a supply voltage range of 2.5V to 5.5V, drawing a maximum of 16µA quiescent current. Its omnipolar nature allows detection of both north and south magnetic poles, with typical trip and release points of ±6mT and ±2mT respectively. The device is housed in a 3-SIP package with formed leads suitable for through-hole mounting.
