Diodes Incorporated AH180-FJG-7 is a digital omnipolar Hall effect switch designed for surface mount applications. This component, housed in a DFN2020-3 package, features an open-drain output and operates from a supply voltage range of 2.5V to 5.5V with a low supply current of 16µA maximum.
