Diodes Incorporated PDS1045-7 is a Schottky diode designed for high-current rectification applications. This component features a 45V reverse voltage rating and a substantial 10A average rectified forward current capability. The forward voltage drop at 10A is a low 510mV, ensuring efficient power conversion. Its fast switching speed, characterized by a recovery time of less than 500ns for currents greater than 200mA, makes it suitable for demanding power supply designs.
