Diodes Incorporated PDS1040-13-2477 is a Schottky barrier rectifier designed for demanding applications. This component features a 40V reverse voltage rating and a substantial 10A average rectified forward current handling capability. The forward voltage drop is minimized at a mere 510mV at 10A, ensuring high efficiency. Reverse leakage is 700 µA at 40V.
