The Diodes Incorporated FMMT417TC is an NPN bipolar junction transistor designed for general-purpose switching and amplification applications. This device operates in avalanche mode, offering a maximum collector-emitter voltage (Vce) of 100V and a continuous collector current (Ic) of up to 500mA. With a transition frequency (fT) of 40MHz and a power dissipation capability of 330mW, it is suitable for use in industrial control systems, consumer electronics, and telecommunications infrastructure. The transistor features a minimum DC current gain (hFE) of 25 at 10mA collector current and 10V Vce. The FMMT417TC is supplied in a SOT-23-3 surface-mount package, presented in Tape & Reel (TR) for automated assembly processes. The collector cutoff current (ICBO) is rated at a maximum of 100nA.
