Diodes Incorporated BC847AT-7 is a general-purpose NPN bipolar junction transistor designed for surface mount applications. This component features a collector-emitter breakdown voltage of 45V and a continuous collector current capability of 100mA. With a transition frequency of 100MHz and a maximum power dissipation of 150mW, it is suitable for various signal amplification and switching tasks.
