Diodes Incorporated SaRonix-eCera™ HX series HX31C5020Q is a 125 MHz CMOS oscillator designed for surface mounting. This AEC-Q200 qualified component features an Enable/Disable function and operates from a 2.5V supply. The oscillator offers a frequency stability of ±100ppm over an operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
