Diodes Incorporated AP7345D-2828RH4-7 is a dual, positive fixed output voltage linear regulator. It provides two independent 2.8V outputs, each capable of delivering up to 300mA. The device features low quiescent current of 140 µA and a low dropout voltage of 0.3V at 300mA for both outputs. Protection features include current limiting and short-circuit protection.
