Diodes Incorporated AP7344D-3030RH4-7 is a dual output, 3V fixed linear voltage regulator. Each output is capable of delivering up to 300mA with a low dropout voltage of 0.29V at 300mA. This device features an enable pin for power sequencing and protection against overcurrent conditions. The quiescent current is rated at 140 µA. Designed for surface mount applications, it is supplied in an 8-XFDFN exposed pad package (X2-DFN1612-8) on tape and reel. The operating temperature range is -40°C to 85°C, and the maximum input voltage is 5.25V. This component is suitable for use in portable electronics and power management applications.
