Diodes Incorporated AP2402A33KTR-E1 is a dual output positive linear voltage regulator. This device provides two fixed outputs of 2.8V, each capable of delivering up to 300mA. The AP2402A33KTR-E1 features low quiescent current of 90 µA and excellent power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) of 70dB at 1kHz. Protection features include over current and over temperature shutdown.
