The Diodes Incorporated DEMD48-7 is a dual pre-biased bipolar transistor featuring one NPN and one PNP element in a compact SOT-563 surface mount package. This component offers a collector current of up to 100mA and a collector-emitter breakdown voltage of 50V. It includes integrated base resistors with values of 47kOhms and 2.2kOhms for the NPN transistor and 47kOhms for the PNP transistor, simplifying circuit design.
