Diodes Incorporated PS399ESEE is a dual 4:1 analog switch with a 100 Ohm on-state resistance. Each of the two independent SP4T switch circuits offers a maximum channel-to-channel resistance matching of 6 Ohms. The component features low charge injection of 2.8 pC and exhibits excellent crosstalk performance, with -92 dB at 100 kHz. Off-state leakage current is specified at a maximum of 50 nA. This device supports single supply operation from 3V to 15V and dual supply operation from ±3V to ±8V.
