The Diodes Incorporated PS391ESEEX is a quad single-pole, normally closed analog switch. This 1:1 multiplexer/demultiplexer features four independent SPST-NC circuits, each offering a maximum on-state resistance of 45 Ohms. With a -3dB bandwidth of 100MHz, the PS391ESEEX is suitable for applications requiring signal routing and switching in industrial and consumer electronics. It supports single supply operation from 3V to 15V and dual supply operation from ±3V to ±8V. The device exhibits low channel capacitance of 12pF and a charge injection of 3pC, with excellent channel-to-channel matching of 500mOhms.
