Diodes Incorporated PS323ESA is a dual single-pole, single-throw (SPST) normally open analog switch. This device features a low on-resistance of 35 Ohms maximum, with channel-to-channel matching of 800 mOhms. Operating over a single supply voltage range of 2.5V to 16V, the PS323ESA offers excellent signal integrity with low charge injection of 1 pC and a crosstalk specification of -85 dB at 1 MHz. Leakage current is minimized to 100 pA (IS(off) max). The component is supplied in an 8-SOIC surface mount package and operates across an industrial temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
