The Diodes Incorporated PS320CUAEX is a dual, single-pole, single-throw (SPST) normally open analog switch. This component features a low on-resistance of 35 Ohms maximum and excellent channel-to-channel matching at 300 mOhms maximum. Designed for surface mount applications within an 8-MSOP package, it operates with dual supply voltages ranging from ±2.7V to ±8V. The PS320CUAEX exhibits a fast switching time of 150ns (on) and 100ns (off), with minimal charge injection of 8pC.
